so the changes....7.5-8 lbs lighter, i can confidently shop for size four jeans, wear a small in my tops, show off my legs! and wear almost nothing for my halloween costume! lol After i think my first month i did Warrior Dash, which was 3.2 mile run/obstacle race in an hour and some mins, then ran my first 5k in 28-30 mins i think, 8k in 50 mins, another 5k in 25 mins (next 2 races are this sunday...8k hopefully i do it in under 50...aiming for 45. and my first 10k on the 3th...hoping for under an hour!) can we say major changes?!?! hell the eff yea! i had to sacrifice things i never wanted to give up...example...the drinking! lol (after long stressful days at work a margarita would usually make me feel better lol but now bootcamp is the cure all!) the pan dulce...Mmmmm! sweets! ugh...i have some candy here and there but not as much as before. too sweet for me now :( what else...well a lot more but shiiiit...i did what i had to do to be happy! well thats all i have to say....enjoy the pics! :)

so remember...you can do anything you but your mind to! just lay off the crap that you shouldnt eat! if you wana look sexy you gotta kick your ass for that killer body you've been dreaming of! nothing comes easy...so work at it and give it your all and I PROMISE you will love the results! JUST HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF!
